The Brand GEM 

 

The brand gem is a holistic framework with 3 levels & many facets that bridge your inherent value to your market value. 
I designed it to support multi-faceted creators with cohesion, content strategy & distinction.

It was important to me to have a single model that included these key aspects as a whole. 

 

I find that a lot of the more depth programs that help with personal growth, spirituality, & mindset can be lacking in the practical applications into a viable offer & effective marketing. They help us grow as people but don’t build a bridge to how to grow our work to its fullest potential. 

And programs that help you with Marketing focus more on the tactics & platforms & metrics to get certain results, but don’t address the confidence-leeching factors undermining the marketing in the first place. These can be design related, as in strengthening the offer structure & assets or mindset related, as in looking at where we are blocking our own progress & why. 

My goal is that this is a framework that is comprehensive of the full spectrum of our humanity. It includes our weaknesses & struggles as well as our strengths & triumphs. It includes what makes us unique but leverages that to make our marketing more meaningful & connective. 

A way to use this as a Diagnostic Tool is to give yourself a rating 1-10 on how true each of these statements currently is for you. 
(the one with lowest rating of course deserving attention) 

VIBES— I am deeply in touch with the mythical, symbolic, & archetypal level of my brand & weave that into the visuals of my brand in a way that is meaningful to me & magnetic to others. 

VALUE— I have a clear core offering (signature service, product, program) that represents the best of my skills & creativity, is totally unique, & has been proven to deliver valuable results to clients, such that it is not difficult for me to sell it. 

VISIBILITY— I’ve developed my own strategy for marketing my offer that feels genuine & generous but also effective in attracting & converting leads. I create core content from my brand pillars & distribute it into my select channels on a consistent basis & my audience is continually growing.
